Nikki is a dynamic force as an entrepreneur, marketing leader, and business strategist. She blends her corporate experience with her business ventures to provide savvy leadership to her current clients and her retail-focused agency. Venturing into her businesses with partner Kailynn Bowling, Nikki has gained the trust and support of clients across many industries. With her knowledge for getting small business off the ground and running, she has pivoted her years of marketing know-how to brands for herself and others that have lasting success. As a writer in Forbes, Nikki has also made valuable contributions to Inc. and has been featured in Newsweek and Entrepreneur Magazine. She has started businesses that are woman-centered and driven with spirit and determination, quick to identify the needs of consumers.

Kailynn Bowling / CEO

Kailynn is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, leadership mentor, and marketing pro. She brings fresh insight to brand promotions and product sales, garnering clients media recognition and securing product placements on the shelves of major retailers. Her passion for product launches, women’s brands, and fashion must-haves is the backbone of her years of experience in marketing, public relations, product design, and as a business owner herself. Coming from the corporate world has given her a unique understanding of the workings of large corporations. She’s turned that knowledge into her product development ventures and founding companies that cater to underserved needs. In addition to writing in Forbes, Kailynn has also made valuable contributions to Inc. and has been featured in NewsWeek and Entrepreneur Magazine.

Love working with and getting results for my DTC clients! Outside of work, I like to spend time with my 3 little boys in our home in Oceanside.

Hi, I'm Erin. I have 9+ years of experience in digital marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. I started my career in organic social media/content creation and now specialized in all things paid advertising. I love strategizing and creating full funnel advertising plans for my clients that drive actual results. I love hanging out with my dog, Fergie, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and going to the beach.

Hi! I'm Stacy, Paid Media Specialist at Backhouse Agency. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Media Production and Broadcast from the University of the Pacific. By utilizing both my analytical and creative skills, I specialize in securing paid media opportunities that deliver success for our clients. My passion for crafting innovative strategies ensures impactful results. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my daughter, husband, and dog Lucy, and keeping up with the latest in celebrity and pop culture.

Hi, I'm Emma! I'm an influencer marketing expert with 5+ years of experience managing end to end influencer relations in the beauty industry. From high level strategy through campaign execution and analysis, I provide insight and expertise on the ever-changing influencer landscape. I am currently living in Los Angeles California, home of the influencers! Outside of work I love spending time in the sun, preferably at the beach with an iced latte and breakfast burrito in hand.

I just graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in December with a B.A. in Media Arts & Sciences and a minor in Digital Audiences.I have experience in social media management, graphic design, film, and UX/Ul design. I LOVE dogs and have an insatiable appetite for pasta. I also enjoy going to the movies and yoga! After growing up in Sacramento, California, I'm thrilled to be starting a new chapter in San Diego.
